Dates assume standard U.S. shipping and a proof approved the day it's sent. Carrier delays in the last week of December are the one thing nobody controls — earlier is always safer.
Why a custom keepsake needs more runway than a box from a warehouse
A warehouse gift is already made before you ever see it. A custom keepsake starts the moment you send your photo: we design the layout, send you a proof, wait for your approval, then press it by hand. That proof round is the step people want to skip and the step we won't — it's what keeps a face from being cropped, a name from being misspelled, or a date from being wrong on something meant to last decades.
If you're reading this in December and the custom date has passed, that's not the end of it. Ready-made keepsakes and Bible story magnet kits are already pressed and ship the next business day. Start the custom piece in January for a birthday or an anniversary — nothing about a keepsake requires December to matter.
Shipping, pickup, and what it costs
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $6 and free on orders of $35 or more. Storyboards are quoted individually. Local pickup in the Yakima Valley is free and removes transit time entirely, which is why local orders can be placed later than shipped ones. See how ordering works.

What is the last day to order custom Christmas gifts for December 24 delivery?
November 28 for custom photo magnets, buttons, and coasters shipped anywhere in the U.S. That covers our 3-business-day response, your proof approval, 7–10 business days of production, and transit. Ready-made keepsakes can be ordered as late as December 15.
How long does a custom photo keepsake take to make?
We respond to every request within 3 business days and send a proof. Once you approve it, production runs 7–10 business days, then shipping time on top. The proof step is not skipped — it is what keeps a face from being cropped or a name misspelled.
Do you offer rush orders for Christmas?
We can sometimes compress the design step, but we will not skip the proof. If your timeline cannot fit a proof round, we will say so and point you to a ready-made keepsake that ships the next business day instead.
What ships fastest if I have missed the custom deadline?
Ready-made magnets, Bible story magnet kits, and scripture buttons. They are already pressed and boxed, so they leave the studio the next business day.
How much is shipping?
