Every keepsake is custom-made just for you, so all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there's a defect, reach out within 5 days with a photo or short video and we'll personally review it and make it right.
Because these are one-of-a-kind and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Event deposits
Event deposits are non-refundable. They reserve your date and are applied toward your total. The facilitation fee and magnet balance are due before your event.
