Photo & Content Policy
You confirm your rights
When you upload a photo to TSO, you confirm that you have the right to use that photo and grant TSO permission to produce your order from it. This protects both of us — we won't print anything you don't have rights to share with us.
We don't share your photos
Your photos are used only to fulfill your order. We do not sell, license, or redistribute them.
Showcase opt-in (optional)
If you check the optional showcase opt-in at order time, we may share photos of your finished keepsake on our website and social media. This is opt-in only — if you don't check the box, we won't.
Photo quality
For the sharpest 3.5″ keepsake, send the highest-resolution photo you have. We'll review it and let you know at proof if it may print blurry.
Removal requests
To remove your finished-keepsake photo from our public showcase, email tsocustomkeepsakes@gmail.com and we'll take it down within 5 business days.
