We come on-site.

Payment Structure
Three line items. Same for Hybrid and Live.
All events are custom-quoted — no packages. Quotes cover these three pieces:
1. Deposit
Non-refundable. Reserves your date and is applied toward your total — a down payment, not an extra fee. Non-refundable if you cancel.
2. Facilitation Fee
Our time running the event. Hybrid $25/hr · In-person $50/hr. In-person events have a 3-hour minimum and may include travel and setup time.
3. Magnet Balance
Your agreed magnet quote, pre-paid before the event — production begins once it's paid. Overages (magnets beyond the agreed quantity) are billed after.
