Terms of Service

Ordering
Orders are placed via our forms and paid through Square. Custom production begins only after payment shows in Square (our single ledger of truth).
Pay-first, proof after
For all custom items, payment is collected at order. We then design your proof within 2–3 business days, with up to 2 free revisions. We do not print until you approve.
Custom-order nature
Every keepsake is custom-made just for you. All sales are final — see the Refund & All-Sales-Final Policy.
Repurpose of custom designs
Custom designs may occasionally be repurposed for general or Whispa'ah Vault sale unless you request otherwise on your order. To opt out, note "Do not repurpose" on your form.
Event deposits & fees
For Live & Hybrid Events and Storyboards, the non-refundable deposit reserves your date and applies toward your total. The facilitation fee (hourly) and magnet balance are due before the event/production. Overages are billed after.
Billing integrity
Ready-made and custom items are billed separately — paying for ready-made items does not cover your custom order. Mixed orders are processed as two transactions. High-value orders (events, Storyboards, bulk) require a signed agreement on the order form.
Photo rights
You confirm at order time that you have the right to use the photo(s) you submit and grant TSO permission to produce your order. See the Photo & Content Policy.
