Turnaround
We respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.
Once your proof is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for production and shipping. Faster turnaround may be available upon request.
Turnaround times may be longer during holidays and busy seasons. Event bookings fill up quickly, so we recommend planning ahead and reaching out as early as possible.
Shipping

- ✦ Flat $6 shipping on orders under $35
- ✦ Local pickup in the Yakima Valley is always free
- ✦ Storyboards are quoted separately
Returns & Damages
Every keepsake is custom-made just for you, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there's a defect, please reach out within 5 days with a photo or short video and we'll personally review it and make it right.
Because these are one-of-a-kind and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Billing & Payment Integrity
Square is our single ledger of truth. Custom production begins only after payment shows in Square.
Ready-made and custom items are billed separately — paying for ready-made items does not cover your custom order. Mixed orders process as two transactions: ready-made items check out now; custom pieces are paid at order and proofed after.
Combined shipping is offered when both are ordered — we ship together so you don't pay twice.
High-value orders (events, Storyboards, bulk) require a signed agreement on the order form: "I agree my deposit is non-refundable and applies to my total, the facilitation fee and balance are due before my event/production, and ready-made and custom items are billed separately."
Your Photos
Your photos are used only for your order and never shared (except finished-keepsake showcase if you check the optional opt-in at order time). See the Photo & Content Policy for full details.
Photo quality: For the sharpest 3.5″ keepsake, send the highest-resolution photo you have. We'll review it and let you know at proof if it may print blurry.
