Ordering & proofs
+How do I place a custom photo keepsake order?
Upload your photos through our order form and tell us the moment you're preserving. We'll respond within 3 business days with a proof and a secure payment link — production begins after you approve the proof.
+How is a mixed order (ready-made + custom) billed?
As two transactions — ready-made items check out immediately, and custom pieces are paid at order and proofed afterward. Combined shipping is available so you don't pay twice.
+Where does proof review and payment happen?
Everything happens by email. Your proof, design options, and payment link all arrive at the address you provide when you upload.
Keepsakes, sizes & photos
+How many pieces come in a set?
Sets range from a Single Keepsake ($10) up to a Legacy Vault of 12 ($78). Most families love the Memory Six or Journey Mosaic for the best per-piece value.
+Can I mix magnets and buttons in one set?
Yes — magnets and buttons mix freely at the same per-piece price within a single set. Just tell us the split when you upload.
+What size are the keepsakes?
Every magnet, button, and ornament is a generous 3.5″ round — large enough for faces to read at a glance.
+Can you add a name, dates, or a Bible verse?
Absolutely. Names, dates, scripture references, song lyrics, or short messages can be added on or beneath each piece — included in the design.
+How fast can you turn around a memorial or event order?
We respond to all inquiries within 3 business days. Once your proof is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for production and shipping. Faster turnaround may be available upon request. Turnaround times may be longer during holidays and busy seasons — event bookings fill up quickly, so plan ahead and reach out as early as possible.
+Do you ship, or can I pick up locally in the Yakima Valley?
Both. We ship across the USA, and local pickup in the Yakima Valley is always free.
+How is shipping calculated?
Free shipping on orders $35 and up · flat $6 on orders under $35 · local pickup is always free. (Storyboards are quoted separately.)
+What photo quality do I need?
A clear phone snapshot usually works beautifully. We'll let you know during the proof stage if anything needs to be re-sent at a higher resolution.
+What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only for your order and never shared.
