How it's built
Every TSO keepsake starts with the same hand-pressed metal shell and sealed protective finish, pressed to American Standard 3.5″ sizing on our American Button Machines 350 press. What changes is the back — a pinback, a magnet, or a cork disk.

Materials & Durability
Each one is an American Standard 3.5″ round, hand-pressed onto a heavy metal shell with a crimped back — not a thin printed sheet or a snap-together plastic frame. Your photo is sealed under a high-gloss protective finish, and a strong magnet is bonded to the metal back.
Metal will not curl, bend, or crease the way sheet magnets do. The crimped shell locks the printed layer in place from every edge, so there is nothing to lift or peel — and the extra weight keeps the magnet sitting flat and secure on a fridge or filing cabinet.
The high-gloss protective finish seals the ink away from air, moisture, and kitchen grease, which is what causes cheap magnets to wash out and peel. On a fridge door out of direct sunlight, your photo stays sharp and true for years.
Yes. Wipe the glossy face with a damp cloth and dry it — no cleaners or scrubbing needed. The finish is sealed, so splashes and fingerprints come right off.
