- 5.We design your proof — up to 2 free revisions included.
Path 2 — Design My Moment
Tell us the vibe. We design it.
- 1.Tell us the occasion, names, dates, colors, and feel.
- 2.We respond within 3 business days with 2–3 design options crafted just for you.
- 3.Pick the one you love — or revert to a Basic order.
- 4.Place your order on-site and pay via Square. We produce.
Path 3 — Storyboards
Bespoke. Quoted per project.
- 1.Tell us about the space and the moment.
- 2.We send a quote with size, magnet count, and a realistic timeline.
- 3.Approve the quote, we build it by hand.
- 4.Shipped or picked up locally — handled per project.
Proof + Payment
How proof and payment work.
For Basic and Design My Moment orders, the flow is the same:
- ✦Pay on-site via Square. Order details + photo upload + secure payment, all in one embedded form. No emailed payment links.
- ✦Response within 3 business days. A digital preview of your keepsake — with up to 2 free revisions until you love it.
- ✦7–10 business days for production and shipping after proof approval. Faster turnaround may be available upon request. Longer during holidays and busy seasons. See our full turnaround policy →
- ✦Shipped or picked up. Free shipping on orders $35+, flat $6 under, local pickup free.
Storyboards are quoted per project — we'll email a custom quote before any payment.
Your photos are used only for your order and never shared.
Working toward a date?
Tell us — we'll be honest.
If you need it by a memorial service, baby reveal, or wedding date, put the date on the form. We'll let you know up front if we can hit it. Better to know than to hope.

+What's the difference between Basic and Design My Moment?
Basic = you pick the format, set size, and outline color, then upload your photo and pay on-site. Design My Moment = you send us the vibe, we design 2–3 options, then you order and pay on-site. Either way, the final keepsake is the same quality 3.5″ round.
+When does payment happen?
Payment happens on-site through our secure Square checkout, built right into the order form — no emailed links for standard orders. Then we design your proof. You get up to 2 free revisions, and we won't print until you approve.
+What if I don't love the proof?
Then we revise it. Up to 2 free revisions are included on every order. Your design satisfaction is guaranteed before we print a thing.
+What happens after I approve?
Production starts. Once your proof is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for production and shipping. Faster turnaround may be available upon request. Local pickup in the Yakima Valley is always free.
