What we collect

Name, email address, the photos you submit for your order, and order/event details you provide on our forms. We do not collect payment card numbers — Square processes payments directly.

How we use your information

To produce and ship your order.
To send proofs, order updates, and respond to your messages.
With your opt-in, to send marketing email through Klaviyo (TSO Keepsake VIP).

Your photos

Your photos are used only to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share them. We will only feature a finished keepsake publicly if you check the optional showcase opt-in at order time.

Email marketing (Klaviyo)

If you opt in, we use Klaviyo to send periodic emails (new designs, Vault drops, tips). You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use standard analytics to understand site usage. We do not sell personal data.

Deletion requests

Email tsocustomkeepsakes@gmail.com to request deletion of your photos, account, or marketing record. We respond within 5 business days.
