Ordering ten buttons is easy. Ordering five hundred is a project — and most of the difficulty has nothing to do with printing. It is the file naming, the roster spreadsheet, the person who sends a screenshot instead of a photo, and the design that nobody approved until the day before the deadline.

Every bulk button quote comes down to the same three inputs. Have them ready and a quote takes minutes instead of days.

• Deadline — a comfortable timeline costs less than a compressed one, because rush work reorders everything else in the shop.

Prepare your files once, correctly

Ninety percent of bulk-order delays are file problems. A short checklist prevents nearly all of them:

• Send original photo files. Not screenshots, not images pulled from social media, not photos of photos on a screen.
• Name each file for the person or design it belongs to, exactly matching your list.
• Send one spreadsheet with the design name, the text for each button, and the quantity per design.
• Collect everything before submitting. Trickling files in over two weeks is what pushes a deadline.
• Flag any photo you already know is old, dark, or blurry so we can address it up front.

One design or many

Single-design bulk runs — a logo, an honoree, a campaign image — are the cheapest and fastest. Multi-design runs cost more per piece because each layout is built and proofed separately, but they are what most organizations actually want, because the point is the individual face.

A useful middle path: one shared frame and color treatment, with the photo and name swapping inside it. The set looks unified, the layout work stays efficient, and every person still gets their own button.

Proofs and approval on a large order

On a multi-design order we proof a representative sample first — usually two or three layouts — so you approve the look before we build the remaining designs. Then you get the full set to check for name spellings and photo matches.

Name spelling is the one thing we cannot catch for you. Have a second person read every name against your roster before you approve. It takes ten minutes and prevents the one mistake that is expensive to fix.

Lead time and shipping

Production runs 7 to 10 business days after final proof approval. Large multi-design orders sit at the longer end of that window. Add shipping time on top, and add a buffer week if the order is tied to a fixed event date.

Bulk orders arrive sorted and labeled by design when your list is organized that way — one more reason the spreadsheet is worth doing properly.
