Custom Logo Coasters for Small Businesses and Vendors
August 14, 2026·7 min read

Branded pens end up in a drawer. Branded coasters end up on a desk, and a desk is where people make decisions about who to call.
For a small business, that is the entire argument. A coaster sits in the line of sight for months, costs less per piece than most printed swag, and does not look like it came from a catalog if the artwork is handled properly.
This guide covers what we need from you, how many to order, and what the pricing looks like.
What we need from your artwork
Logo work fails for one reason far more than any other: the file. A logo pulled off a website is roughly a tenth of the resolution a printed coaster needs, and no amount of editing invents detail that was never captured.
Send us the best file you have and we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up before you pay for a run.
- Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF) are ideal — they print sharp at any size.
- A PNG or JPG works if it is at least 1200 pixels across.
- Include your exact brand colors if you have them; otherwise we match as closely as print allows.
- Tell us whether you want a full-bleed background or your logo centered on a solid field.
How many to order
Quantity depends entirely on whether the coaster is a giveaway or a fixture.
- In-house use for a cafe, salon, or tasting room: count tables and stations, then double it for replacements.
- Vendor booth or market giveaway: plan on roughly one per three visitors, not one per visitor.
- Client gifts: a set of four per client, boxed, works better than singles.
- Conference tables and green rooms: count seats and add ten.
Pricing and what drives it
Sets start at $28, and the per-piece price drops as the run grows — a hundred identical coasters costs far less per piece than four. Single coasters are $10.
Two things move the price more than quantity does: how many distinct designs are in the run, and how much design work the artwork needs. One design printed a hundred times is the cheapest possible order. Ten designs printed ten times each is a different job.
Timeline
Proofs come back within three business days, and production runs seven to ten business days after approval. Larger runs sit at the longer end of that window.
If you are ordering for a specific market date or conference, work backward and give yourself three weeks. Everything is pressed and sealed by hand here, one at a time, and rushing that is where quality goes.
Where coasters beat the usual swag
Pens get lost, tote bags get stuffed in a closet, and stickers get thrown away by anyone over thirty. A coaster is the rare promotional item people keep because it solves a small, real problem on their desk every single day.
That is also why it is worth spending on the artwork rather than the quantity. A hundred good coasters outperform five hundred forgettable ones.
What a personalized photo coaster says without speaking
A custom photo coaster lives where you take your morning coffee, where the family gathers around the table, where guests stop and look. Unlike a frame on a shelf, it stays close to the rhythm of the day.
We work from your photograph — a wedding, a baby reveal, a celebration of life, a baptism, a Sunday after church. We help you choose the layout, the cropping, and the finish so the image reads beautifully under a mug or a glass for years to come.

What file do you need for a logo coaster?
+
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF) is ideal. A PNG or JPG at least 1200 pixels across also works. A logo copied from a website is usually too low-resolution to print sharply.
How many branded coasters should a vendor booth order?
+
About one per three visitors rather than one per visitor. Most people at a booth browse rather than take, and leftover branded stock is money sitting in a box.
Do you offer bulk pricing on business coasters?
+
Yes. Sets start at $28 and the per-piece price drops as the run grows. One design repeated across a large run is the most economical order.
How long does a business coaster order take?
+
A proof comes back within three business days, and production runs seven to ten business days after approval. Allow three weeks total before a market or conference date.
