Vendor Event Guide (Yakima Valley)
October 2, 2026·5 min read

Shopping a bazaar and selling at one are two completely different days. This is the guide for the second kind.
Where to actually apply
The Market at Meadowbrook runs a real year-round Saturday schedule — not a one-off — which makes it one of the steadier vendor opportunities in the Valley if you want repeat exposure instead of a single weekend. Church bazaar season (November-December) fills fast; apply in September if you want a table at the bigger ones.
What vendors wish they'd known sooner
Three things come up over and over from people who've done a full season:
- Book multiple dates at once if you can. One registration instead of five saves both time and stress once the season gets busy.
- Bring more small items than big ones. A $35 set sells slower at a bazaar table than three $8 pieces — foot traffic buys on impulse, not out of a catalog.
- Cash still moves faster than card at most of these. Have a way to take both, but don't assume everyone's tapping a phone.
Pricing a table realistically
Vendor fees at the Valley's markets are generally affordable, not the barrier most first-timers assume. The real cost is time — setup, the day itself, teardown — so pick events where you're likely to actually sell, not just show up.
For ministries and group sellers
If you're outfitting a table for a church fundraiser rather than a personal business, bulk pricing exists for exactly this — reach out ahead of the event date, not the week of.
Your Photos. Your Moments. Your Story. We press them so they stick around.
Why photo buttons travel further than you'd think
Custom photo buttons are small, wearable, and easy to hand out — which is exactly why they have such a long life. People pin them to backpacks, lanyards, jacket lapels, memory boards, and bulletin boards in church fellowship halls. A button moves through a community in ways a card or a flyer never could.
You bring the photograph and the moment. We help with sizing, layout, and the subtle design choices that keep the focus on the face, the feeling, the message. The button becomes the little reminder that travels home in someone's pocket.
